Unscramble Small Parts. This complete workcell houses two Adept Robots, one with Vision, and two conveyors. The vision driven Cobra Robot picks small parts from a vibratory conveyor (lined with a green directional carpet to prevent damage to the parts) and places them into a nest of ten. The Viper Robot picks the ten parts and places them into a pallet or plate. The cycle time is approximately 50 picks per minute (can vary depending on the part).
